The Spot Loader is one of two items added by the ChickenChunks mod. It fuctions like a miniature version of the Chunk Loader . It will keep the single chunk (16m by 16m, reaching from the sky ceiling to bedrock) it is in loaded despite of the player's absence, provided that the server is running. This is typically used to ensure the continued operation of machines, pipes, plant growth etc.
