Emerald Transport Pipes are advanced versions of the basic wooden transport pipe. They allow a filter to be applied to limit what the pipe can extract.

Similar to wooden pipes they do not connect to themselves but should be placed beside an inventory block, powered with an engine or autarchic gate and connected to a further transport pipe or inventory.
The filter functions in 'AND' style, meaning if not all type of filtered items are there, it will extract none. For example if you connect the pipe to a chest and specify dirt and cobble in your filter then the pipe will only extract dirt and cobble, leaving other materials in the chest. If the chest runs out of either dirt or cobble then it will stop extracting altogether as it will wait for there to be both materials before continuing. The filter has a total of 9 slots and acts the same like diamond pipes, they dont take the item.
To extract liquids, Emerald Waterproof Pipes are used.
