Division Sigils are found in dungeon chests. They must be Shift + Right-Click on a Enchanting table before use. They can be used to make Unstable Ingots. When you Shift + Right-Click on an Enchanting table it will list certain procedures you must take to enable. It must be midnight (12-AM), it must have no natural light, surrounded with redstone dust, and finally a mob ritual must be preformed.
